Leadership
Dr. Vincent Bennett
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Bennett is a diplomate of the American Board of Emergency Medicine and has been a leader in the field for over 15 years . After completing his undergraduate studies at Temple University, he did his post graduate work at Georgetown and Howard Universities before relocating to Los Angeles to do his residency. He has worked as the medical director at several prominent facilities in the L.A. area including St.Vincent's and Hollywood Presbyterian Hospitals. Dr. Bennett has also served as Chief of Staff and an expert medical examiner for the Medical Board of California. He has served as the medical director for both Stagecoach and Coachella for several years which provided medical access for over 100,000 patrons each annually. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Bennett has emerged as a recognized expert establishing best practices for safe workplaces, and is an integral part of Linear Dx's mass testing programs. He will also be a critical member of the company's strategic partnerships initiative, having first hand knowledge in helping clinic groups grow revenues by adding additional profit streams that benefit both patient and ownership.
Edwin Delgado
Founder and Managing Director
Edwin began his career in international banking and fund management with JP Morgan Chase and National Geographic's foreign treasury divisions. He then became a Senior Analyst at Merck & Co. where his skills were used to assess GPO purchasing patterns to facilitate pricing and product negotiations resulting in annual revenue increases of $11M-$15M per client. His knack for dealmaking caught the eye of sales leaders, who transitioned him into a business development role focused on pediatric vaccines in Southern California. Since then, he has lead multiple sales and corporate training teams across many industries, while also founding a FinTech startup for mobile payments in 2017. Edwin is constantly looking for ways to improve business profitability, scalability and efficiency. It was these same principles that inspired him to return to healthcare and start Linear Dx, after witnessing how inefficient testing was being deployed at the beginning of the pandemic. Under his leadership, the Linear team have made it their mission to deliver the highest quality testing solutions into the hands of the people who need them most.
